Mr Home Guy Florida (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides professional in-home services with a primary focus on TV mounting, plus smart-home setup, networking/Wi-Fi, move-in services, and home decorating and product installation.

2) Booking & scheduling
Appointments may be requested online through our ZIP-code-based scheduler or by phone/text. Same-day or next-day availability is not guaranteed. Appointment windows may include travel and setup time.
3) Quotes, pricing & additional work
- Displayed prices apply to standard conditions and exclude unusual wall types, hidden utilities, or additional labor or materials.
- Technicians will discuss any add-ons (wire concealment, power relocation kits, specialty anchors, over-fireplace routing) and obtain approval before proceeding.
- Taxes, tolls, parking, HOA or building access fees, and disposal fees may apply.
4) Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the work area and obtain HOA or landlord permissions.
- Disclose wall materials, known hazards, and restricted drilling areas.
- Provide accurate TV size, weight, and device details.
- For smart-home or networking services, provide Wi-Fi credentials and administrative access as needed.
5) Payment
Unless stated otherwise in your confirmation, payment is due at completion. We accept major credit and debit cards and provide digital receipts. Deposits may be required for large or special-order jobs.
6) Cancellations & rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel through your confirmation link or by contacting us. Late changes may incur a fee. If we arrive and cannot complete the job due to site inaccessibility or missing approvals, a trip fee may apply.
7) Safety & scope limits
We follow manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices. Work requiring a licensed trade (such as new electrical circuits) must be performed by a licensed professional. Over-fireplace mounting and in-wall cable concealment depend on site conditions and local code requirements.
8) Warranty & guarantees
- No-Fall TV Warranty: Applies when using our professional TV brackets.
- Workmanship Follow-Up: Standard installs include a limited follow-up period.
- Exclusions include misuse, accidental damage, manufacturer defects, heat or moisture exposure, or alterations by others.
9) Photos, reviews & testimonials
With your permission, technicians may photograph completed work for quality control or marketing. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use submitted reviews or testimonials, subject to removal upon written request.
10) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the applicable Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11) Dispute resolution & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the Service is performed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
