Mr Home Guy USA (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides professional in-home services with a primary focus on TV mounting, plus smart-home setup, networking/Wi-Fi, move-in services, and home decorating/product installation.

2) Booking & scheduling

Appointments may be requested online through our ZIP-code-based scheduler or by phone/text. Same-day or next-day availability is not guaranteed. Appointment windows may include travel and setup time.

3) Quotes, pricing & additional work

• Displayed prices apply to standard conditions and exclude unusual wall types, hidden utilities, or extra labor/materials.
• Technicians will discuss add-ons and obtain approval before proceeding.
• Taxes, tolls, parking, HOA/building access fees, and disposal fees may apply.

4) Customer responsibilities

• Provide safe access and obtain HOA/landlord permissions.
• Disclose wall materials, hazards, and restricted drilling areas.
• Provide Wi-Fi credentials or administrative access when required.

5) Payment

Unless stated otherwise, payment is due at completion. We accept major credit/debit cards and provide digital receipts. Deposits may be required for large or special-order jobs.

6) Cancellations & rescheduling

Late cancellations or site inaccessibility may result in a fee to cover reserved time and travel.

7) Safety & scope limits

Licensed trades (e.g., new electrical circuits) must be performed by licensed professionals. Over-fireplace mounting and in-wall concealment depend on conditions and code compliance.

8) Warranty & guarantees

• No-Fall TV Warranty: Applies when using our professional brackets.
• Workmanship Follow-Up: Limited follow-up for workmanship concerns.
• Excludes misuse, accidental damage, moisture/heat exposure, or third-party alterations.

9) Photos, reviews & testimonials

With permission, photos may be used for quality control or marketing. Reviews may be used non-exclusively, subject to removal upon written request.

10) Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable Service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

11) Dispute resolution & governing law

Governed by the laws of the state where services are performed. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution first.

12) Changes to these Terms
