Frequently Asked Questions

These are the most common questions customers ask before booking — especially for apartments, condos, new homes, and move-in installs across Florida.

TV Mounting

Why should I mount my TV instead of using a stand?

Wall mounting frees up space, improves viewing comfort, keeps cables cleaner, and gives your room a finished look — especially in apartments and condos where space matters.

Can you mount a TV on brick, concrete, or tile?

Yes. These surfaces often require specific anchors, drill bits, and careful placement. If you can, add a photo of the wall area when booking.

Can wires be hidden inside the wall?

Often, yes — depending on wall type and building rules. In rentals/condos, we can also use clean, HOA-friendly surface solutions for a finished look.

Can a TV be mounted above a fireplace?

In many cases, yes. We’ll consider heat, clearance, viewing height, and the right mount type (tilt/full-motion) so the setup is safe and comfortable.

What type of TV mount should I use?
  • Fixed: most secure, lowest profile
  • Tilt: great for higher installs (above dressers/fireplaces)
  • Full-motion: best for corners, open layouts, and flexible viewing

Moving & Move-In Services

Can you dismount and remount TVs during a move?

Yes — we can safely remove TVs, package hardware, and reinstall at the new location. If you’re moving into a condo with building rules, share those details in your notes.

Do you offer “move-in ready” setup bundles?

Yes. Many customers book a bundle after moving: TV mounting, curtains, shelving, art/mirrors, and smart home setup in one visit.

What should I do before the appointment?

Clear the work area, have any building instructions ready, and ensure the TV/mount or items to install are on-site. If possible, share photos of the wall area or installation location.

Smart Home & Tech Setup

What smart home devices do you install?

Common installs include doorbells, cameras, streaming devices, speakers, Wi-Fi/mesh systems, and basic smart lighting.

Can you help improve Wi-Fi coverage?

Yes. We can help place routers/mesh units for better coverage — especially in larger homes or concrete buildings.

Do you work with Apple, Google, and Amazon ecosystems?

Yes — we support the most common platforms and can help you choose what fits your space and budget.

Assembly, Hanging & Home Setup

Do you assemble furniture and install shelves?

Yes — furniture assembly, wall shelving, curtain rods, mirrors, artwork, and more.

Can you install curtain rods and blinds?

Yes. If you’re unsure what hardware to buy, start with Helpful Resources for recommended options.

Do you hang heavy mirrors and large artwork safely?

Yes — we use the right anchors, stud placement, and mounting methods so heavy items are secure and level.

Apartments, Condos & Building Rules

Do you work in high-rise condos and managed buildings?

Yes — we’re used to elevator reservations, quiet hours, parking instructions, and HOA guidelines.

Can you work with metal studs or concrete walls?

Yes. These are common in condos and apartments. If you can, share a photo of the wall area so we can plan properly.

Can you provide documentation if my building requires it?

If your building requires specific instructions (COI, access rules, elevator booking, etc.), add details in your notes during booking so we can prepare.

Pricing

How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on service type, wall material, and complexity (wire concealment, fireplaces, soundbars, etc.). Online booking provides a fast starting point, and scope is confirmed for accuracy.

Do you provide mounts, anchors, and materials?

Many customers provide their own. If you want trusted recommendations, see Helpful Resources.

DIY vs Professional Help

Can I do this myself?

Sometimes. Simple installs can be DIY-friendly, but concrete walls, metal studs, fireplaces, and large TVs can get risky. If you want DIY guidance and product suggestions, start here: Helpful Resources.

What’s the most common mistake you see?

Incorrect anchors, missing studs, poor height placement, and wire concealment done unsafely or against building rules.
